I’ve been bridging the gap between marketing and creative teams for over 8 years as an integrated producer. Over the years I’ve learned the most important skill as a Producer is learning what makes your team tick and adapting along the way.

What Does This Really Mean?

Production + Post

I understand creative vision, I help solve problems when briefs come in requesting photo, video, motion, or audio help. I understand the technical aspects of pre-production (specs, formats, file types) so that teams can use assets in the right places once they are delivered. I understand how creatives and stakeholders tick and bridge barriers along the way, offering consult on how best to achieve the desires of the team while staying within budget.

Creative PM

I build timelines and track milestones utilizing various platforms. I assign work based on resourcing. I partner with brand, retail, growth, web — and more to go from strategy to concept to completion.

Operations

I help spearhead process and adoption. I manage metadata and help lead things like a DAM. I can set up organization folder structures within production and creative to streamline workflow. I manage budgets and track against quarterly and annual spend.

Business Affairs

I negotiate with talent, photographers and agents for re-licensing needs or net-new requests. I understand licensing terms and what is industry standard across the board. I advise on production contracts, talent agreements and usage parameters (in partnership with legal) with internal teams, making sure the $$ goes far based on the use of assets.
